Full-Time Position – APAC / Europe
We are looking for an APAC-based Accounts Manager to be the primary point of contact for several APAC, Europe & ME customer accounts. You’ll need to work closely with customers’ marketing and sales team and our India-based delivery team to ensure clear communication and superior service.
Ultimately you will be accountable for keeping customers well-informed about our work on their behalf, and for keeping our delivery team well-informed about customer needs. The goal is to retain customers by demonstrating that we care as much about their success as they do.
