Summary

Full-Time Position – Kolkata/Bangalore, India

We are looking for a Campaign Architect who will manage the Revenue and Sales operations for BuyerForesight Marketing team. The individual is expected to ensure that sales and marketing teams are working together efficiently and effectively. This involves aligning goals, strategies, and metrics across these departments by eliminating silos, reducing friction, and streamlining processes throughout the customer lifecycle.

This role is also responsible for managing and analyzing data from across the organization to gain insights, make data-driven decisions, and predict future trends. The goal is to use this data to increase efficiency, improve customer experiences, measure performance, and ultimately drive revenue growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties maybe assigned)

  • Responsible for helping the sales teams get the content, tools, and training they need for success, you will act as a liaison between sales teams, marketing, Customer Ops, etc.
  • You will create and maintain a database of necessary information for successful, evidence-based campaigns, including, but not limited to; our clients, KPIs and pipeline we helped each client achieve, the pain points they hired us to solve, program details (topics, industry, targets, format, attendees, location), feedback received from clients, and client competitors.
  • Create and maintain an asset/content library for sales, ensuring that only the most up-to-date content is available to be pulled for use. Update assets as necessary and in a reasonable time frame for accuracy, relevancy, and consistency with our company offerings, brand, and culture.
    • You will be responsible for identifying needs for this library and spurring the creation of content and assets by aligning with necessary stakeholders.
    • Track and analyze campaign metrics and trends: You will be responsible for reporting on our sales data, from leads to revenue and the stages in between, and be able to identify trends in regions, won/lost deals, roles, messaging, and content to help influence your database, library, and training needs.
    • You will also need to have good communication with all stakeholders who are meeting face to face with clients to gather and track feedback to inform your trends analysis.

You should have

  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations roles with global B2B tech company.
  • Ability to work with a global, multi-cultural team and high-paced environment.
  • Google Workspace/Drive, Zoom Conference & Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Have an analytical mind and form insights based on every data point gathered.
