Full-Time Position

We’re seeking a Learning Architect who is adept at grasping the distinctiveness and intricacies of our business model and associated processes. We need someone with experience who can create fitting learning programs and training concepts through research, then construct a curriculum tailored to our business needs. This person will also be responsible for implementing and assessing the effectiveness of these programs, catering to a diverse team comprised of both fresh, vibrant talent and seasoned professionals. This role is designed for an individual contributor who will be an integral part of the People & Culture Team, reporting directly to the Vice President of People & Culture.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties maybe assigned)

  • Understand the culture and people of the organization and become one with its vision.
  • Deeply gauge the business and ongoing processes. Curate & design training content through research and in collaboration with leaders and in-house stakeholders.
  • Create personalized learning plans for each function and distribute the learning delivery in 3 primary formats: “Kinesthetic Learning,” “Solitary/Social Learning,” and “Logical Learning.”
  • Create, personalize, and deliver Business Process-Focused & Soft Skill Training for new hires (freshers) as well as existing team members on a regular basis in a structured way.
  • Conduct training for management trainees whose primary role will be conducting market research.
  • Create different cadres of learning & growth programs focused on knowledge acquisition for (but not limited to) –
    • Fresh Talent
    • Experienced professionals
    • First time Managers
    • Mid-management programs
    • Leadership development programs
    • Prodigy Programs
  • Focus on in-person training. The incumbent is expected to be present in the office when training is scheduled.
  • Be aware of and diligent in applying some of the best practices as and when required.
  • Understand the complete BuyerForesight Learning Lifecycle, which includes –
    • Identifying Learning Needs
    • Establishing Learning Objectives
    • Designing Learning Programs
    • Executing the Learning Plan
    • Evaluating Learning Outcomes
    • Providing and Reflecting on Feedback
    • Applying Knowledge in the Workplace
    • Reviewing and Improving Learning Strategies
  • Proactively identify and rectify any gaps in the training module to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
  • Evaluate continuous feedback and take necessary actions to cultivate a conducive learning environment.
  • Identify unproductive behaviors and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maximize the use of training facilities while conscientiously striving to reduce costs.

You should have

  • Bring over a decade of experience as a Learning/Training Architect or behavioral Training Lead, with abilities in researching, designing, building, and delivering training.
  • Possess understanding of the fundamental processes of market research with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in setting clear objectives complemented by well-defined benchmarks and targets.
  • Exhibit strong decision-making abilities in process-related matters.
  • Possess the confidence and ownership to manage the entire training vertical.
  • Display effective leadership skills and demonstrate perseverance and maturity in understanding human behavior while respecting individual differences.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
